The Teton County Land Development Regulations prohibit using a camping trailer or RV as residential living quarters, with the exception of a temporary use of the trailer in conjunction with an active building permit for a dwelling.
When using camper trailers, you must be parked in an authorized campground for less than 31 days. This does not prohibit the parking of your camping trailer on your property when not in use if Section 6.4.1 Outside Storage (PDF) standards are met.
