The Board of County Commissioners meet every Monday in a "Voucher" meeting which includes updates and discussions with staff. Workshops may be scheduled to discuss matters that do not require official action. The workshop schedule is prepared by the Deputy Clerk assigned to the County Commissioners and noticed via the website and Commissioners Weekly Calendar to all media and other agencies at their request. Other public forums are advertised in the official newspaper and through other public service announcements.
The County Commissioners weekly calendar is published on the website every Friday for the upcoming week and provided by email upon request. The weekly calendar is an outline of Board activities each week including liaison assignment meetings.
