Fitness Classes and programs

The Recreation Center offers fun, inventive classes that are sure to keep you moving! Classes are offered at various times each week. Stop by the recreation center to pick up the current class schedule or you can download one HERE.  The current schedule also has a class description for each program.

Core and More Fitness

Deep Water Aqua Fit

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday
  • 9-10 am

HIIT

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Refit with Tammy

  • Mondays and Wednesdays

Rev + Flow with Tammy

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays

Shallow Water Aqua Fit

Noon Fit

Whole Health Program

  • Monday and Wednesday

Yoga

  • Tuesdays- 8:30 am
  • Wednesdays- 9:30 am
  • Thursdays- 9:00 am

    *** Starting in June Tuesdays and Thursdays Yoga will be back at 4:15 pm.

Zumba

  • 5-6 pm

Fees are standard for all classes unless otherwise noted in the class flyer.

Drop-In- $8.00

5 Visit Punch Pass- $35.00

10 Visit Punch Pass- $60.00

15 Visit Punch Pass- $82.50
